Shipping policy and delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or to confirm the delivery date.

All custom orders will receive a response within 1-2 business days. All custom orders require a three week notice. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It is the customers responsibility to coordinate timelines between the date of their request, shipping/delivery and the date they require to have the product in hand. Paper Beau Inc. is not responsible for shipping/delivery delays.

Paper Beau Inc. is not responsible for the delays courier companies are experiencing. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping is available for Canadian orders. Shipping charges for U.S orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're  not responsible for delays due to customs.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Local delivery

Local contactless delivery is available at $0 cost for orders within Ottawa, Ontario*. Delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Paper Beau Inc. will happily deliver your order to your door, however in the case of a no response we will carefully place your order in your mailbox (at the door), or on your doorstep (if there is no mailbox, or if the order cannot fit in your mailbox). A picture will be taken and sent to confirm the delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Because all products are handmade, all purchases are final sale, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
